HYROX combines endurance running with functional training in a structured indoor competition format. Athletes complete 8 kilometres of running, broken up by 8 functional workout stations designed to test strength, stamina, and mental resilience. HYROX is accessible to all fitness levels, from first-time competitors to elite athletes.
